8.5 x 11 Pen , Ink & watercolorWell here's another sketch done with the SD Sketchcrawlers but this time the story is a bit different.
6 of us decided to go to the Self Realization Fellowship here in Carlsbad. They have a lovely garden that is used for meditations.
Well we sketched quietly amongst many families with children talking loud and taking pictures.
When finished we have a sharing time to show our work with our sack lunches. We asked if we could do that in the driveway as to not disturbed the visitors in the garden. NO, we were told.
OK.... outside on the street we went past the sidewalk (public )and ate. Well a few minutes later the guard came out and asked us to leave from there too.
The garden was lovely but.............. we are now signing our e-mail post to the group

Perfect touches of color on this lovely sketch. I think that guard needs to take a little vacation.
